Shipping & Returns
All orders are sold by SlumberPod, and shipped by Light Ahead LLC.
Light Ahead LLC typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will ship out the following business day. We offer various shipping options and times depending on the delivery location.
Once your order processes, you will receive an email confirmation from Light Ahead LLC with tracking information at that time. Once you receive that email, your order will generally arrive within 4-7 business days.
Latch Light has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shoplatchlight.com. You’ll need your order confirmation number in your email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, please mail your product back to:
