All orders are sold by SlumberPod, and shipped by Colugo

Colugo processes orders the same day Monday-Friday if placed by 12pm CDT. Orders placed after 12pm CDT on Friday are processed on Monday. **During peak times, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, orders will not be processed same day.**

Once your order processes, you will receive an email confirmation from Colugo with tracking information at that time. Once you receive that email, your order will generally arrive within 4-7 business days.
